About Us

We are a young and ambitious company with a small but constantly growing team of German-speaking employees (of course we also speak Georgian among ourselves). Our office is centrally located on Kostava Street (near the Philharmonic / Metro Rustaveli) and can therefore be easily reached from all parts of the city.

Our customers are exclusively German companies. Primarily they are German tax consultants who are looking for support with accounting. However, it is not a requirement for new employees to have experience in accounting! Much more important is the ability to quickly learn new programs and independently acquire a new way of working. Apart from accountancy we also may have other positions available, for example in online marketing or customer service.

Geormany is a brand of the Georgian company Amelika LLC. This company was founded in June 2022 and also operates other business areas (retail and import). However, Geormany is the most important part of the company. The management comes from Germany and works together with all other colleagues in the office in Tbilisi.
Geormany currently consists of a small but highly motivated team of young people. Everyone here learned German in different ways, e.g. through school and university, during a longer stay in Germany, or simply through personal commitment. This interest and desire to use this language on a daily basis connects us.
We have a very well-developed concept and excellent connections with potential customers. Our goal is to grow and to take as many employees with us as possible. This growth can result in new tasks and positions, which are then filled internally with the most suitable candidates. In any case, we value long-term employment relationships that are based on mutual appreciation.
Our employees usually need at least a B1 German level in speaking and writing. In exceptional cases, A2 may also be sufficient (only in combination with very good English skills). In any case, language skills are an important point for us when selecting applicants.
We are always happy to receive unsolicited applications! We keep each application for up to one year and will contact you when a suitable job offer appears. For the same reason, we also retain applications (with the applicant’s consent) that we have initially rejected for a specific job offer.
