We are a small team, but we have big plans. Thanks to our experienced German management and good contacts in Germany, we have the opportunity to gain good German customers in a short time and grow quickly. We have already taken the first steps. However, we need more motivated colleagues who are interested in learning new things and helping to develop our project.

Of course, outsourcing is not a new concept in Georgia. Many young people with knowledge of another language work in this field at some point of their life.
There are certainly positive exceptions in this area. However, in most outsourcing companies the working conditions are often harsh (working hours, pay, strong hierarchies), which of course leads to high fluctuation in such companies.
Our mission is to offer qualified and motivated young Tbilisi citizens a job that gives them long-term prospects in their own country. In the long term, the quality of life of our employees should not differ from that of a German employee in a comparable position!
